TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) — Sexual activity while on duty cost a Baltimore County police officer his badge Monday.
Alex DeMetrick reports it’s part of a plea deal.
It was the cell phone of a 16-year-old girl that ultimately led to 29-year-old Aaron Pross’ arrest. Using his own phone, he sent her sexual videos and images of himself from his patrol car, while on duty as a Baltimore County cop. He also rendezvoused with a woman behind a Parksville 7-Eleven, where he videotaped their sex acts. During those activities, he failed to respond to dispatch calls.
“It’s very disturbing to be looking at this cell phone video of an officer doing things he shouldn’t have been doing on the job and at the same time, hearing the radio broadcasts of calls for assistance,” said Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger.
