Police: Woman Carjacks Driver, Leads Police On Chase Into Montgomery County

ABINGTON Twp., Pa., (CBS) – A 30-year-old woman is under arrest after she allegedly carjacked a car service driver and led police on a chase into Montgomery County Tuesday night.

There was a bloody fight as the woman, identified as Toni Williams, allegedly put a knife to the driver’s throat. The car service driver was actually just picking up a a passenger when the woman got into the back seat.

“In plain view, in the front seat of the limousine was the bloody knife which is described as a 12-inch steak knife,” said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small.

It all started around 7 p.m. at the 700 block of Adams Avenue in Philadelphia. After the 30-year-old suspect allegedly pulled out a knife and got into an altercation with the driver, she then pulled out a second weapon.
